In 2013, Karolina worked as a mentor on the reality television modeling competition show “The Face” alongside Naomi Campbell. Karolina has fronted campaigns for many notable brands including Valentino, Roberto Cavalli, Donna Karan, Max Mara and Bottega Veneta. Karolina married Archie Drury in 2009, and the couple has two children together.
